What materials are used in the jewelry you offer?
We carefully select jewelry made from high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, 18K gold plated, and natural pearls. Each piece is chosen to ensure its durability and shine. You will find the details of the materials in the description of each product.
How do I choose the size of my jewelry?
All our rings are adjustable, so you don't have to worry about choosing a specific size. They easily fit different finger sizes.
For other jewelry, such as bracelets and necklaces, exact lengths are indicated in the product sheets to help you make an informed choice. If you have any specific questions about size or fit, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for further advice.
Do you offer jewelry customization services?
Currently, we do not offer customization on jewelry, but we are working to expand our offer. Stay connected to our newsletter to be informed of new products and upcoming services!
How to care for your jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend storing it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid contact with chemicals (perfumes, lotions, etc.) and clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth.
How to use a promotional code?
To use a promotional code, simply enter it in the field provided during checkout. The discount will be automatically applied to your cart.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as via PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured thanks to our SSL encryption system.
What are your delivery times and costs?
We ship all orders within 48 hours. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the amount of your order. Shipping is free for orders of €60 and over. For orders under €60, the shipping costs will be indicated at the time of validation of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package until its delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to track the progress of your package in real time.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Is it possible to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original item, obtain a refund, and then place a new order.
To return an item, please make sure it meets our return conditions (unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging). Once your return is processed, you will be refunded and can place a new order with the item of your choice.
